I tried many PDF compression tools and found'A-PDF Image Downsample' to be the best one. It is a brilliant utility that reduces the file size by resampling high resolution images in a PDF file even while maintaining the image quality.

Extremely useful when you need to send PDF files as email attachments or upload them to web sites that have limits on the file size.
