HAN MOTORS IS A NO NO! It is a horrifying experience I bought an Indica DLS from them, on the day of the delivery they tried to palm off a BROKEN TAIL LIGHT+ LOST MY SERVICE MANUAL FOR 03 MONTHS AT FIRST SERVICE+ DID NOT ATTEND TO COMPLAINTS & DO NOT BOTHER INFORMING THE CLIENT ABOUT ANY TATA SERVICE CAMPS OR SCHEMES - PEOPLE PLS AVOID HAN MOTORS EVEN IF THEY OFFERÂ YOU A BIGGER DISCOUNT LIKE THEY GAVE ME!
I am a corporate client under a Ltd. Company's scheme, if they treat me this way, I pity they way they treat Individual owners. I switched to Om sai Automobiles for service and experience professionalism & pure bliss!
In fact I actually lost out a Tata Motors scheme which was offering EXTENDED 18 Month warranty at minimal cost simply because Han Motors'FORGOT' to inform me! Its been a year and a half & I am totally disgusted with the SELL & FORGET attitude of han Motors.
There was a Mr. Savoor in the workshop who ensured Goodwill & some professionalism, the day he left- the new Works Manager would not even come on the phone for a conversation and things generally went to the dogs there! Now its the WORST MANAGED TATA MOTORS WORKSHOP & DEALERSHIP I HAVE EXPERIENCED!
