I recently shifted to a new address. Before shifting(a week before) I approached Cherrinet to shift the connection to the new address on a specific date. The shifting in-charge, Raj Mohan, called me from Chennai and insisted that he can shift ONLY if I give him an address proof(HE WAS VERY FIRM ON GETTING THE ADDRESS PROOF) and he would shift on the specific date I mentioned.
I had to rush to my new house owner in advance to get a rental agreement proof. I struggled and somehow managed to get it and sent the proof to the team.
But on the day they agreed to shift, no one picked up the call including Raj Mohan. Multiple follow ups to the Customer Care, multiple calls to Raj Mohan and others, multiple SMS - NO RESPONSE, NO RESPONSE. I continued following up and the next week I even told them that I would better get the connection terminated - BUT NO ACTION. Somehow they came one day and gave the connection and told me that I would get the internet connectivity in 2 hours time. BUT NO CONNECTIVITY SINCE THEY LEFT. From morning till evening, Cherrinet customer care calls are not reachable. WORST SERVICE EVER.
STILL WONDERING WHAT TO DO:(
