A Bad Experience Visiting Here. Review on Chand Restaurant, Aminabad, Lucknow

Hi Friend! Today I will write my review about Chand Restaurant Aminabad Lucknow.The very first thing which I would like to tell you is its locality it is located in the Nazirabd area of Aminabad in narrow lane.It is a tea shop not a restaurant .Now let me tell you in details so that you can understand this place and its food in better way.Let have a look below-

Food And Presentation- No sense of presentation of food.Why I am saying so? I am saying so because when I went to them so I ordered Samosa and my friend ordered Bun Butter.Talking it in detail so when I ordered samosa so they gave me long time kept samosa as the samosa was not hot at all and the upper layer of samosa became so soft as it happened due to humidity .They also did not placed samosa is proper way in plate as they serve me samosa in a paper plate which was torn and the chutney was leaking from that plate.Now talking about the experience of Bun Butter so it was also not pleasing as the butter was of local brand and Bun was not fried well and he presentation was also not pleasing at all.So according to my experience I will say they have a zero sense about food and presentation.Another Bad thing is flies as the flies were sitting on every food item.

Ambience-Talking about ambience here so it is also not pleasing as you have to enter in a narrow lane to visit this shop.Now coming over inner ambience there are aged old wooden furniture as when you enter the shop you will see wooden table and chairs the sunmica of table and chairs are torn therefore make you feel uncomfortable in sitting .There wall are covered with check design plastic sheets and there are pictures of Pakodas and sweet dishes are printed on those sheets.It is not air conditioned you can only get ceiling fan here.The most dirty thing about them is there water jugs as you can easily see the black spots of dirtiness inside the jugs and the glass are also not well cleaned.So the ambience is worse here.

Customer Service- A big Zero on customer service .They do not have any thing on the name of customer service as their workers are too much talkative and move out of show to talk to their neighbors therefore you have shout loud to call them and placed order.Moreover due to no sense of food presentation and poor quality food item their customer service is not satisfactory at all.

Value For Money-A big no to it here.As they charge you for the food but give you low quality food and local butter on the rate of true butter which is a big bluff on the name of food item .They are making fool to their customer by serving unfresh food and local butter with unhygienic water jugs therefore not value for money place at all.

I will not suggest any one to visit here.As there are many other good place to visit
