Giving this place 1 start because I have went here and the crowd here is full of CHAPPRIS.
This place is near my house 5 mins by bike. So like this Place name is Chai Sutta Bar but mostly it is known for its short form word i.e. CSB. So It is opened for almost 5 years from now but this place is not changed at all.
First talking about the CSB it's basically famous for it's tea, so the tea they give is nice good and the food also here is nice full pocket friendly. Anyone can afford this place it's very cheap. They taste is good considering the price. The staff here is also very nice to speak and polite. The waiting time for the food is very less. I had ordered Maggie and sandwich from here and I got the food in 10 minutes. So the service here is very fast. I have visited here many times and the waiting time is very less.
Now talking about the ambience, for me the ambience of this place is worst. It is because the crowd or the people here comes are mostly college students. 90% people come here are college students. So as they are college students they are in their vibes they are enjoying and its ok.
But, the people mostly the college students come here are I think coming from slum area. Means I don't have any problem from where they are coming but the language they speak is like they speak abusive words. I thought this must be of this time only but it is not. I have visited here for more than 20 times but the people here come are always the same and same abusive words all the time. Even if it is college days or during the holidays the public here is constant.
And as the name suggest chai SUTTA BAR, so people coming here are drinking chai less and smoking all the time. In every 3 people 2 are smoking so for the people who are think of going out and take fresh air and enjoy your time please don't visit here. There is no fresh air here only you can breathe is the smoke and I had also seen these small college students often smoke weed here and it's disgusting to see that. And because of that they recently have closed the sitting area and the people coming here have to sit outside the shop. They have tables and chairs outside the café.
Also as there is pan shop side of the café so there are many people coming here and eating pan and spitting here and there.
So also we can call this place as unhygienic place to visit.
Also as the college students come here there is always a fight happens here. And fight always goes physically here so it is difficult for so many people. And because of the fight there is always the round of the cops here. So they start enquiring to everyone and also because of all this reason this is unsafe place to visit.
If it is only about the restaurant then its is very nice considering the staff and food and pocket friendly.
but the biggest problem is that the crowd here are worst, toxic peoples come here and not only the name of Chai Sutta Bar as a brand going worst but also people always think to go in nearby places of CSB also.
So if you are new and wanted to go CSB of Bhayander read this review and make your decision. I don't know about any other CSB and their ambience
