Unprofessional, unskilled, please avoid going to Ceramco Dental Clinic at Lokhandwala, Andheri west

Here is detailed review

1 April 2021 - went to Ceramco Dental Clinic at Lokhandwala, Andheri West for tooth removal, that was addressed, post which clinic diagnosed and asked me to do root canal for 3 teeth, which I did, post which I was adviced by clinic to put up cap covering 2 teeth, to support these two teeth, cap of 4 teeth was suggested. Initially cost was 3k that went to 7k, 10k, 13k, 20k and ended with 45k bill, this was huge, it was pendemic time and all of us were struggling with money, still I arranged funds and got the treatment done.

Biggest cost out of 45k was for 4 teeth cap, they took multiple measurements however when cap was fixed, it had gap between teeth, I could clearly feel when I touch my tounge, I repeatedly raised this issue however doctor ignored and told me to observe for few days. After a week I called clinic and reported same issue, receiptionist told me she will call back with available slot, I called couple of times, never got call back with available slot. I gave up. 2nd phase of pendemic was on rise.

2 years later in March 2023, I visited clinic, got done my basic diagnosis and doctor could see the gap, I narrated entire incident to Dr Siddhi, she is heading the center. In this 2 years, lot of food had gone inside and badly impacted teeth. Dr Siddhi heard everything and promised to repair cap without additional cost however at the same time she suggested to replace cap for last teeth. I had no option but to opt for it, this was charged at 10k.

Now comes worst moment, last one month I have being calling Manisha, receptionist, she promises to call back with available slot however does not do it, on multiple occasions Manisha has taken upto 9 days with multiple reminders to give me slot and when I visit clinic, they may be wait up to 2 hours.

Harassment from clinic does not stop here, my measurements were taken multiple times by Dr Harsha on 15 Apr, I got this slot after multiple follow-ups with Manisha during which I lost several weeks which impacted my teeth. Despite this, I kept patience and wanted to finish treatment despite all the additional cost. Guess what, Dr Harsha was not skilled to take measurements because I got call on Monday 17 Apr to again appear for taking measurements, I was busy however receptionist Manisha asked me to come and promised it won't take more than 10 minutes and doctor will attend me even if busy as it will only take 10 minutes.

So I reached the clinic at 8.40 pm assuming I will be done in 10 minutes, however complete lack of professionalism at Ceramco Clinic, I waited for 45 minutes, still no doctor came, clinic was closing and I kept waiting, finally, I stepped out. All this while I do not have 4 teeth cap and I cannot eat from left side, this is badly impacting my eating food for the past several days however Ceramco is not bothered.

Ceramco Clinic is unprofessional, unskilled and very expensive. If you have no worries in your life then once visit this clinic to balance your life and you will remember the pathetic experience throughout your life.

DR Siddhi is heading this clinic, she is solely responsible for all this mess, Dr Harsh is unskilled who could not do basic teeth measurement and Manisha, the receptionist will only assure you however will not call back for days/weeks for available slot.

Apart from above, Ceramco Clinic has withheld illegally my case papers for past 2 years, I have being asking for my case papers and treatment papers for 2 years. I have paid full 45000 still no papers provided, not sure what Clinic is trying to hide.

Also, it took 2 years for Clinic to provide me receipt for payment done, I have asked for 10 to 20 times however Manisha always give false promise, never deliver.

Even now I am not given receipt for payment of 10, 000 and even previous receipt is not provided.

In short, please avoid visiting this clinic at any cost.
