Although, Cera Sanitaryware makes a large range of products of sanitary but its products are not durable and also they are costly. I have purchased all the accessories of my bathroom of this company like spout, shower, divertor, wall hang WC, WC tank, washbasin but I am dissatisfied with every product. Joint packing are leaking in WC pot.
If we talk about the cleaning, much water is required for cleaning. WC flush wastes much water.
Cost of basic designed product starts from a very high price.
Also which products I have purchased, are less durable. I have called the customer care about 3 times in a year.
The service is not up to the mark.
