CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA
From six month I am customer of Central Bank of India. I hear about this bank from my father and He has COI account since 15 Years. My father tell very good things about this bank so I opened my saving account in this bank. I will share my whole experience in this review.
I have divided this review in following parts so this is easy to put up my feeling in front of people.
Account Opening Process
This bank made very easy and short time account opening process. I have just submitted my all documents and photographs. Within 7 days my account is live in bank and other facility like internet banking. The ATM card is arrived after 15 days. So this is simplest process I have see in this bank.
Employee [Depend Upon Branch to Branch]
In my city branch the employee are young and do their work quicker than other banks in my city. The working style is better and all work is completed with computers and other digital devices.
Bank Positive Points as per my personal experience
Less time consuming process in all types of work
Employee behavior is honest and simple
Rules and regulations are easy to understand and perform
Better net banking services for online work
ATM facility is good
There are lots of things which are better but due to limit I have put someone
Bank Negative Points as per my personal experience
This is the better bank that I have seen as per my personal experience since 6 months.
