C-DAC’s Advanced Computing Training School (ACTS) has always been the IT and communication recruiters’ first choice when it comes to recruiting ready to deploy manpower for any of their turnkey projects. Top IT companies like CISCO, Samsung, LSI, Siemens, Onmobile, iGate-Patni, Mindtree, Capgemini, Ivycomptech, Qlogic, Hella, Cumulus, Happiest Minds, Fiserv, HSBC, Sandisk, Sears, Rockwell Collins, Barclays, Capsilon, KPIT, Softlink, Varian, John Deere, 3DPLM, NEC HCL, Cybage, Prorigo, Nihilent, Maxxton, Amdocs, Atos origin, SQS, Sasken, E-infochips, Canon and many more have shown faith in C-DAC trained resources by recruiting C-DAC students through this CCPP. C-DAC has also recruited some of the bright minds from ACTS for our R&D projects. The CCPP for August 2011 batch started in the second week of February 2012 at Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Till date more than 800 students have been placed with various blue chip organizations.
The CCPP provides a common platform for the companies to interview, select and recruit the aspiring students from ACTS for their IT projects. Over 1000 students pursuing various courses at C-DAC ACTS like, Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC), Diploma in VLSI Design (DVLSI), Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Systems (DESD), Post Graduate Diploma in System Software Design (DSSD), Post Graduate Diploma in Geoinformatics (PG-DGI), Post-Graduate Diploma in Wireless and Mobile Computing (WiMC), Post Graduate Diploma in Health Informatics (PG-DHI), Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated VLSI and Embedded System Design (DIVESD) and Post Graduate Diploma in IT Infrastructure, Systems and Security (DITISS) are participating in this Common Campus Placement programme . These courses are generally preferred by Engineering and MCA/MSc Graduates.
