Readers. As much as I agree with all of you about the amazing cashback deals Cashkaro displays to attract the users. I am disappointed with the End result. They definitely lack professionalism. inspite of repeated reminders and raising queries on a delayed cashback they never care to reply even my friends experience the same. one has to keep reminding them also ask for a reply yet they won't care to answer. their customer service extension is always unanswered I waited for like 6 mins and kept listening to the recorded message after which the call was disconnected by default.
This seems more like they are doing a favor on us by giving cashback so maybe they don't feel obligated to give reasons for the cashback not being credited. But I am sure they make a lot out of advertisements etc. which is only possible because they have viewers for what they advertise.
Highlighting the name of most respected and generous gentleman Mr Ratan Tata. Cashkaro being so naive is a shame. Disappointed!
