BAD EXPERIENCE! NOT RECOMMEND!. Review on Cashify

I want to sell my old phone samsung on7. So, firstly I decided to sell in the local market but not satisfied with the offered price. I've asked around to my friends circle and one of my friend suggested me to try out cashify service.

I registered my self and trying to get the best qoute for my phone by following the process listed there. After completing all the process like display broken, dent on the body, camera functionality and so on they have offered me 1000 INR for my device. I agreed to the offer and scheduled the picked up time. They have confirmed the meeting on the call and fixed the date on 16th of November at 6 PM to 8 PM time slot and next day I want to go to Mumbai.

And I have created my order on 12 Nov 2020.

No one came to collect my phone even after confirming. On 17th I went to Mumbai and received call from cashify and I rescheduled the meeting on 21 Nov 2020 at 10AM to 12AM time slot. But the guy who came for collecting the phone came at 1 O'clock. He inspected the phone again even though I already got the quote of 1000 INR from the cashify. He asked me several questions and told me that your phone can't be sold because you have changed your display and he rolled out my request. So my main point is if everything is decided by the guy who are going to finalized the deal there is no need to excute diagnostic process on cashify about the mobile phone. Secondly there isn't any of the instructions about they don't take repaired mobile phone. They have to clearly mention on the site as well as on the app that we are not accepting repaired phones or in my case display changed phone.

And the worst is yet to come now they are again showing me offer on the same phone rejected by them on lower price. So disgusting. Don't try cashify for selling old phones. After all why someone will sell their old phone if it's in good condition. That is my overall experience about cashify.
