When you subscribe to the basic cable package, the Cartoon Network is included. This is a twenty-four hour channel that is fit for the entire family.
You will see the cartoons of yesteryear still showing to a new generation like Tom and Jerry and Bugs and Daffy. Good old Scooby-Doo Where Are You is shown quite frequently.
The Land Before Time series is shown often as well as the Scooby-Doo movies. Commercials will play through the week informing the audience of the viewing times so you can tape the movies for future use.
Some of our favorites include Dexter's laboratory and Johnny Bravo. My six-year old son likes to watch the Power Puff Girls while my four-year old will hang around to watch The Acme Hour and Looney Toones.
For the adults such as myself, how about catching The Flintstones and/or The Jetsons. These two are my favorite cartoons of all time. It is amazing how I can watch these episodes and remember so clearly what I watched as a child in the 1970's. They are still amusing today and entertaining our children.
You can interact with The Power Puff Girls at the website located at https://cartoonnetwork.com. I like the opening theme to The Animaniacs. Let's not forget about Popeye. My son often will get some carrots out and mimmick Bugs Bunny by saying, What's up Doc?
During the summer my son watched Dragon Ball Z and Superman, but soon lost interest. Cartoon Network is played on our television set at various times during the day and on weekends.
