NO NEVER NEVER EVER. I had the worst experience with these people. First, they wasted my several days on the things like appointments, evolutions, documents, loan disclosure process etc. then they directly decreased the offered price. They said, they will buy my Maruti Baleno in 4.70 lakhs, when I visited their store to sign documents etc. then they told me about their fees and all but I was still agreed with them.
When I visited my bank for the loan disclosure and went to their store to handover my car, they they’ll give me 4.60 lakhs instead of 4.70 lakhs as discussed offered price even they said they’ll deduct around 7000 INR of their fee n all.
I asked them that you gave me offer of 4.70 lakh now you’re offering me 4.60 lakhs and what’s the surety that you’ll pay me even the 4.60? Then, I declined their offer and after that they started asking me to pay their token money of 1000 INR which they gave me before the offer.
Even, they said if I don’t sell my car to cars24? then I’ll have to return them 6000 INR instead of 1000 of token money. So, choose carefully before they offer you anything cause they don’t keep their words and you’ll be stucked with these people.
AT CONCLUSION: They’ll give you the best price of market and when you’ll agree for the evaluation then they’ll decrease the price and when you’ll go to them to handover and to sign the documents, they’ll again decrease the price.
SO INSTEAD SELLING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE, I PREFER YOU SELL YOUR CAR TO KABAADI WALA!
