With lack of customer care and limited email support, they send wrong products on offers and waste enough time in delayed support and transit until prices go up and stocks run out, so that they can forcefully sell alternatives on elevated prices than original offer.


I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Carlton London online store, received a different pair than I ordered and another was not as per size mentioned. Since the different product received was good fit in size I decided to keep it even if it was cheaper than the one I initially ordered and the other one had size issues so I raised a request for exchange.


There’s no customer support contact number and the number mentioned on website is never picked up. I tried all numbers they have mentioned and none of them worded.


After multiple emails to support Email ID, I got to know that the product was out of stock for other sizes so I was recommended an alternative by them to choose other product for exchange. When I selected other product I was informed that order for that product was placed and my current product was picked up for return.


I have received Email saying they have received old product and it has passed quality check. Upon checking the new order details for exchange I got to know I have been charged additional Rs.1503 amount for cash on delivery for the new product which is higher because the prices have increased in their online store now as compared to the discounted offer previously which I bought the shoes on. I was not notified by them about this price difference charged to me at the time of placing exchange order.


When I sent an Email regarding this to them they were not attending it initially. Now they are refusing to help giving me fraudulent and unethical terms and conditions policies saying any product will not be exchanged or returned and they are not helping me get exchange of item in same offer price as I bought it and neither they are refunding my original paid amount for the return they have already collected from me, which is Rs. 2247 for the pair of shoes which must be refunded. The new order ID for exchange order is #18194.


They are also addressing me from different names in Emails now making the Emails look unethical and shady. There are no active numbers of this company and there is no customer support and they are running in a very unethical manner.


They are not helping any way to get the refund of Rs. 2247 for my return order that they have already picked up from me.
