Caribbean Holidays International is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Worst services . Struglled for 3months to get 1 hotel booking and once I get it was worst hotel of my life . For a couple twin bed, no bell boy , no services at hotel and they claim it is 4-5stars . when i asked for cancellation they are asking valid reason and I provided 10reasons to them

please dont fall into their SCAM first they will assure they are doing good but then they wont pick up your calls and reply over email . they have a set pattern of scam

At the same time, as per the records there are two reservations which has been availed at your end, one is in mcleodganj that too in one of the prominent properties of ITC which clearly showcase that the company is fulfilling its commitment of providing 4 to 5 star celebrated brands.
And the second vacation has been availed for Thailand, wherein the concerned person has assisted with the best possibilities based on the availability on your particular date. The time duration which has been taken during the reservation is because of the unauthorised demand of the member beyond the membership norms. The above information regarding the services clearly states that the company is nowhere at fault and is serving with the best of its efforts.
We would hereby request you to kindly avoid any pretentions claims here with an intention to malice the goodwill of the organization. Also, we would request you not to keep any apprehension and for any further clarifications you may connect with the customer care department.
