Guess what ? None of their YouTube or Insta posts have comments enabled.
Reason:
Furious customers come chasing them.
Summary:
Boss is a bluff master, Google is full of paid reviews and workers do not know what they are doing, end up fixing issues forever. My kitchen was running without 2 shutters for one full year and another 6 months with a color mismatched shutter.
TV unit:
One glass shutter they fixed still keeps breaking and I had to get it fixed outside several times. Kids room one wardrobe slider still noisy all the time and the soft close keeps breaking down.
Kitchen:
Makhwana shutters they got, one of the shutters in my kitchen had color mismatch. It took them over a year to get it. Moreover one of the spacers in the kitchen still has color mismatch, they said they aren’t buying from Makhwana anymore hence the color ain’t available and they will do a duco paint instead. I am still living with that mismatched piece in the kitchen as I’m afraid these guys will ruin it further.
Now what should I do if one of my shutters break down ? There will be no replacement as these guys stopped buying from Makhwana.
The door of one of the book shelves was completely bent, and their executive says that’s how it will be if you want the striped design. It was their designer who gave it not us. After I escalated the issue took over a month to get resolved.
Wallpaper:
He charged us 10k for the wallpaper, said I’m giving one of the wallpapers free to you. Guess what ? Same wallpaper was available at 1000 rs a roll in the market. He fooled us big time.
Professionalism:
Their deep cleaning team ended up running my main door, which resulted in huge visible scratches. They couldn’t fix it for me. All they said was sorry.
They had put floor covering for the entire house when the work was being done, despite that carpenters ended up chipping my tiles off in the living room at least 4 to 5 tiles have visible chipping; their solution is only saying sorry.
Now their factory work is only for the name sake, about 80% of the work happens on site, they hit nails on most of the cabinets like a local carpenter, no screws are used to fix partitions. Moreover, the way they apply laminate on some of the wardrobes makes you wonder if you can do a better job. Carpenters lack common sense, and feel customers should adjust for their inefficiency.
We had a WhatsApp group with the owner Mr. Gaurav and designer as well, but the owner was hardly responding to any complaints we had. Hence we posted a Google review, and taking that as an excuse he deleted the group itself, even when the work wasn’t complete (payment was done, hence he had no issues)
Their designer visited the site only twice, once for measurement and once for handover. Rest all done by some guy who isn’t even qualified. Why should I pay such huge amount to the designer then ? For the flashy 3D sketch ?
They were supposed to cover my chimney with a panel, which they did using ply and duco paint on it. But the nail dents on it is visible all across. When asked, they said that’s how duco paint looks ??
Their electrician messed up with my calling bell point, and blamed it on builder. Thankfully I had a home inspection done prior to handover and the report was available with me, which I flashed to his face. Then also he charged me 500 rs to fix it. I was so fed up that I said take whatever and fix it.
Positives:
3D designs actually match the final outcome by about 80%
Unique designs and customization.
Quality of raw materials used are of branded and good. (Greenply and Hettich/haffele)
Post sales service is decent as I got the issues fixed a couple of times, within a week of complaining.
Their designers are good but working for a greedy boss.
Earlier they used to offer 5 years warranty which is now reduced to 3 years, reasons are obvious.
Overall, go for it if you possess enough black money, but if you have hard earned money and have no patience to deal with repeated rectifications, then better chose a small time player locally.
