Installed about 6 months back. Suddenly it stopped working. Service person, after checking, intimated that circuit board needs replacement. AND IT IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY.
A matter of utter disappointment. Within 6 months the so called maintenance free model needs paid service, and that too a hefty sum of 3650/-. I am shocked.!
The company boasts about great features, but they are of little use if within such a short period the instrument stops working and one has to cough up considerable amount to keep it in working condition. When asked about the possible causes of the failure of the circuit board, no specific reason was preferred. Instead, an elusive reply like, you know, electronic items anything can happen.
