This is in regard to Capital first.worst financial company never ever belong to professionalism.you will get bad services and no follow up on customer documentation and other dealings. they haven't valid these charges on that, by there own sake they had flexible their views and other miscommitments.which they want aishwaryasingh23ment as late charges from me and other late fee penalties on my name.
They are making fools to every user and not attending my calls properly and not even responding on time. they don't accept their mistake over call.
here is my email written to them:
Hi Team,
I'm writing this email regarding closure of my accounts with you. I had taken electrical appliances on loan and repaid all three accounts i.e. 1407727, 1407743, 1407762 till date. This is to inform you that there is no overdue amount on my side to reaishwaryasingh23 against this loan account no. I had given all cash aishwaryasingh23ment to collection executive, he had confirmed me that you will receive NOC letter once you paid final EMI to company, later I came to know he had left the job from Capital First. Now I'm writing this email regarding clearance of this financial accounts on my name.
I may request you to acknowledge this email on priority and provide me NOC(No Overdue Charges) letter quickly so that I may continue to avail new loan facilities from Capital First.
Kindly contact me on my below cell phone in case you want any further query. I hope you will not require me take various follow up related to this request.

See look above is example of email given to them, no one had responded yet on this and every week I made call on toll free number they are unable to provide service on time nor even clearing my pending NOC clarification, I had paid whole money with Interest but they won't able to provide service on time.very bad customer service, very bad attitude, very poor in response.
