Mr Sadique Shaik demanded me with help of Primus global consulatancy employee to join without an offer when I raised this issue with Saidque he pretended to be clean by blaming Primus Global consulatancy for playing foul game, I am 100% sure that Sadique is conducting interviews in order to ruin careers of employees, making them land up in helpless situation, demanding last working day dates from immediate joiners and getting commitment from them to join without an offer. Who in IT industry can give a confirmation of joining date that too without an offer, if anyone is expecting to go through all this trauma then you are free to do so, Sadique is placing the gun on someone elses shoulder and trying to be safe, he is the most unethical, unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life, I thank God 100 times for not getting an offer from such an organization which has no place for ethics, moral values.Moreover it takes 90 mins for interviewer named Pratik Gupta to evaluate a person and finally reject him or her based on grounds of incompetency
