Me n my family have accounts at canara bank, delhi for the past 2 decades. With passage of time I have felt that the employees of canara are always in bad mood. I know time is money n they (bank) probably get 100s or 1000s of account holders daily. but the efficiency of the staff is going down every day.
Even to get ur passbook updated, , which I could not get it dont for the past 3 months, whenever I visit the bank, , the printer doesn't work, the ink is empty, etc etc.. past year I tried getting my atm, but had to wait for few months before I received it. every service is so slow, even to get your cheque cleared, one has to sit for about 45 min to a hr time., even when the bank empty
Most of the staff is laid back, or interested in the work, If some one from bank is reading this review, ::a few of my suggestion:-
that all these nationalised bank, should have better customer service...in order to keep up with the mnc banks,
there should be designated customer help desk
then proper computerised token systems should be distributed for a hassle free transaction.
