One of my friend recently booked a car from here and she had shared her experience with me and so am I doing.
The driver was driving very harshly. In the sense, he used to drive at a very high speed and then deliberately put on the brakes because of which my friend was way too uncomfortable.
Also, he spoke rudely to my friend as if he was doing some kind of a favour on her. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated as my friend was quite polite.
