My Cousin is a student of ECE dept. Of 3rd year in Calcutta Institute of Technology. He was admitted by the counselling of WBJEE. Now he feels disappointed to take admission in this college . The college is affiliated by West Bengal University of Technology. Mainly CSE, ECE, chemical, ME are present.
The college is situated in better environment of Kolkata but the college is not competitive to other colleges of Kolkata like Techno, Heritage, IEM. He said that in these few years the campussing rate is low from these college.only some comapnies mainly some local companies come to offer jobs with a low salary . The students are not satisfied . So , also the rate to admission is also reducing .
My cousin says that the infrastructure is noticeably bad from the other colleges of Kolkata. The calsses are offen goes off. Lab classes are occurred often . The teachers and other faculties are often absent .
The quality of teachers are not so well, they are not dedicated also . Students are not also dedicated in Education. The other seminars, online courses , lectures are also rare which are very important in our these days.
But the tuition fees and other fees are almost same as other colleges . So I should never recommend You to take admission in this college. The college has no progress to take a responsibility to offer you job in your future life. The all teachers are also not permanent , so there also a problem creats.
And the direct admission fees are also also high as compare to its dedication and feedback.
So, you will get better option than it , that will Secure for you to offer you job after 4 years when you will be completed your B.tech degree.
