I would strongly advise against using Cab Bazar for any of your travel needs. Despite booking a taxi three days in advance, we were left without a confirmed driver or vehicle until the very last moment. To make matters worse, the cab that was finally assigned to us arrived a full two hours late, causing significant inconvenience.
Throughout the process, we encountered unprofessional behavior from the drivers who contacted us directly. They kept demanding additional payments beyond what was agreed upon, which added to the frustration.
Cab Bazar’s policy of requiring an upfront payment of ₹5500 only added to the stress, as after paying this amount, we were still left with no guarantee of a timely or reliable service. The overall lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the company is simply unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. There are far more reliable and professional alternatives available that value their customers’ time and money.
