This album has a great touch to it and has been put together with a good deal of passion and hard work.
The first album I want to rate on this website is one which I am 100% sure all the members will love,just make sure you listen to all of the songs without any bias you have carried from some comment you have heard somewhere!
Phil Collins was infact a member of the popular band Genesis before he and another pop icon Peter Gabriel decided to go their own separate ways.
The songs are simple and classical.
They dont strain the listeners ear, the lyrics make a great deal of sense and the instruments have been put to good use
I always recommend this album to those people who like pop music and more songs that seem to gel with the rhythm of the heart.
The most famous song in this album would have to be Another Day In Paradise with the song centering around homeless people and infact giving all the proceeds of the single to charity.This is one of the top 50 songs of all time whatever genre of music you might like.
Do You Remember is an eternal love song about having to break up from a long relationship ,his amazing vocals are just the right catalyst to make a fantastic song.
Heat On The Street is fantastic with amazing instruments in the background with vocals of the singer absolutely soaring.
I wish it would rain down has the singer in collaboration with the great Eric Clapton and the results are for all to hear.
Colours is my favourite song in the entire album and this song is really beautiful and deals with the plight of the refugees everywhere and also the lack of empathy shown by people in power and the fact that these people arent doing enough. The song has great drums and piano to boot with the singers voice.
It has some Great lines like the tears from eyes feeds her son
Other songs include something happened on the way to heaven,way to my heartand way it is which are all love ballads and are brilliant and basically deal with relationships and and the heartache that accompanies a hard one.
Saturday Night and Sunday Morningis a really good instrumental number with great orchestra in the background
