BSNL Sucks in service and refuse to cancel service. Review on BSNL

BSNL is the worst service provider for many reasons some of them are here that I have faced:

1. Their internet/broadband sucks in speed. even when I subscribe for 4 mpbs, I get a super slow speed and frequent disconnects .

   
   




2. Their call centre numbers if u call and if a person there does not have an answer for you, they just hang p on u.

   
   




3. Their MG Road Bangalore office refused to take a application of cancellation of service. They said they cannot cancel. It looks like once taken, BSNL is a lifetime liability.

   
   




4. They do not give itemized bill. They will put some charges and when questions they refuse to justify . Their call center said go to nearest office for itemized bill and then when I went toMG Road Bangalore office, they said BSNL does not provide call details. So basically one has to pay whatever they charge irrespective of u having used .

   
   

BSNL is operating in one stone age!
