BSNL Broadband is such a unprofessional internet service providers. I am using BSNL Broadband for three months although only after 15 days I got to know that I am going to face a lot of problems with it at an early stage.
It took 15 days for wiring and 2 more days for modem setup after numbers of complaints but this was not all after two days my modem adapter stops working suddenly, I complaint about it several of times on their customer care number as well as mailed them too but they took 4 days just to change the adapter. It is such a long time to react on my issue.
After that their service not worked for more than 2 weeks in my whole area.have requested for refund, called them, mailed them all I had to hear is there is some technical problem in your area our team is working on it please wait for sometime.
I have suffered a lot. So please make sure your ability to suffer before going for this as I am not going to suggest it to anyone.
