BSNL Broadband is known for it's reliability. People have misconception that BSNL speed is not trustworthy. I'm using BSNL Broadband since 2010 and I have not come across any hassle till now. BSNL broadband speed depends on the plan that you opt.
I'm using the lowest price plan for BSNL broadband of Rs 350 per month and the speed that is offered to me everymonth is 512 KBPS and trustme that the speed that I feel is more than 512 KBPS.
As far as service and support is concerned, the BSNL customer care is active 24X7.
