BSNL broadband: Ruin product. Review on BSNL Broadband

Hey friends BSNL broadband is a ruin product which I had used for my inter net application in my common service center, there is no availability of other broadband for me in my area for I prefers BSNL as my service provider .

I brought my broad band recently from the nearest BSNL service provider for my work, As I brought to my shop there are many computers to whom I had connected but when I used to connect to different sets, The devices stops automatically stops and it does not works, when I plug off the connection from other device which are connect with my broadband it again stars working.

I asked about this problem to the BSNL office, from where I had borrowed they replayed something but they does not said about the solution.

after few day the device stops working and within a fraction of time I went near the office for replacement of the device .

while replacing they asked for extra money, but I refused to give the money, instead I asked my money to return back, hence the replaced the product and had given me back a new broadband.
