I am a biscuit junkie and have eaten all kinds of them during my lifetime. Goodday Cashew has been my favorite choice for a long time now. My morning and late-afternoon tea must have Goodday, otherwise the tea is worthless!
My Goodday packets come in 3 sizes and they cost Rs. 10/20/30. I think this is relatively an expensive biscuit, but it makes up in terms of taste and satisfaction.
It has just become a habit for me to have my tea with Goodday. There are so many things that make this cashew-nut-jutted, buttery biscuit a special treat!
Cashew Magic
Yes, this is the first reason. In fact, not many other biscuits have been able to do the perfect magic with cashew. ITC has some products but they are just too shallow and empty. They don't give you the gratification that comes with Goodday. Just the perfect amount of cashew - nothing more, nothing less.
Filling
The cashew bits, butter and flour combination is simply perfect to make you feel filled with just 2-3 biscuits. Although I eat even more than that with my tea. It helps in filling your stomach in between your lunch and dinner and takes you through the day.
Its crispy and still just enough nto to be too solid like other biscuits.
I have tasted so many other exotic and extremely costly biscuits out there. I have one thing to say for them - they are all crap. Goodday is the perfect treat you can give to your guests and enjoy yourself too. Not too much fat like those bakery biscuits and yet gratifying with its butter content.
I have just one complaint. This one packet that I bought a few weeks ago had burnt biscuits in it. Brown and overheated. The company should be careful not to go down with their quality processes, especially if they don't want to destroy this brand!
Goodday cashew is highly recommended. You should also make it a part of your life like it is with me!
