Usually I eat Cooke with milk. Britannia gooddy is one of the poorest Cooke I ever eat. They are vary very sweet when you eat them, you taste only sweet there are no any flavor in it instead of sweet. They use 100 percent meada which is vary unhealthy and you mis sugar and salt in it, only good will help you. One thing I saw in her ingredients lable that they add animal bass fat in it which is pretty bad for our health. It give you hart problem later on. If we eat them only taste, so that is good but there type of Cooke taste cost you.
