Previously I had written a review that was not favorable for BM. Times have changed, they have started concentrating the demands raised by the association.

Though i'd still say there are some issues that needs to be looked by them still prevails. Again, these issues I feel, wild is appearance and for all when the association takes charge completely.

Over the times, BM has grown and the reason why it is in this condition is ONLY because of the owners and investors who pushed BM management for their shabbiness of work. There are buildings that are still under construction, and most of the old folks from BM management have left Brigade. The new management seems to be little more efficientand they respond timely. for a long term investment or for living, BM has converted itself to be a promised land.

I have decided to buy an appartment in Brigade Metropolis. I have gone throgh several builders and based on my final assessment. Brigades are the builders who stick with quality. Delay is something which they cannot control.In a country l...ike India its bound to happen. Tell me one project which has been completed in time in India.

Well baed on my analysis, future of Brigade Metropolis is fantastic. Rates of this property will be towards upside and soon it is going to be a hot cake. But to eat a hot cake you have to wait till the oven is ready to complet the cooking the process.

Even I also stayed in Japan for 10 years and there is no comparision between the two. You have to understand the oncept of design. The Hall and kitchen is larger then the bed rooms because we spend most of the time in these two placesm and one need some space. Bath rooms are no doubt are small or so called narrow but how many Indians in India uses bathtub in a week/month? To enjoy steam bath etc you should visit the club house and to use them you should have time.

In Japan the logistics works on certain parameter and ie JIT ( Just in time system). To support logisctics you have entire support chain. They have ready designs, materials to 110% standards/building materials/parts are readymade which can be shiped to the site for assembly. Building amterial cost does not fluctuates in Japan in comparision to India. I have seen Japan very closely and trust me if you keep Brigades staff behaviour ./ attitude / delay in projects etc a side QUALITY of work is what matters. I have personally seen some finished houses in Block A and E, its fantastic.
Most important point is the documentation which is perfect.

As for as payment is concerned, you go to any builder its the same. Theur primery and foremost objective is to suck money from buyer as much as possible and as soon as possible. Its natural and we have to live with it...
