After Hyundai Service Center in Mathura Road, Delhi failed to solve the alignment problem in my Santro, I decided to give Bosch Car Service India a try. I gave my car at Breezeways Automotive, JNU Road, Vasant Kunj, Delhi.
Since there is nothing great to describe about them, I'll highlight the problems faced:
I forgot to take out my Bluetooth Headset from the car and when I called up for them to keep it safe, they refused that it was there in my car. I thought I lost it elsewhere but the following events confirmed my suspicions.
I gave them a bottle of Coolant remaining from my last service and asked them to use it. When I got the car back and the was charged for the coolant(total of Rs. 4900) I asked and I was told they didn't use mine and that was in the car. I trusted them, but when I checked later it was not. They argued that they had left it in the car only.
They did a brake job in the rear left wheel, and inspected both rear wheels. When I got the car back I suspected something wrong in the right wheel, but thought it must be the new brakes settling in. A few weeks later when I took out the right rear wheel after a flat tyre, I saw brake oil all over the inside of the wheel. I called them up, they took the car, fixed something and returned the car with another Rs. 735 bill. They didn't take any responsibility of the previous repair and didn't even call to give an estimate. After an hour of fight over the phone I had to pay.
They don't clean the car properly, use your car to delivery other cars, never keep any promised times.
I think the only thing good about them is that they can fight with you endlessly to prove you wrong.
Trusting the golden umbrella of Bosch under which these thieves operate was my biggest mistake.
