My husband and I am regular visitor of the breeze restaurant. The ambience and food are both good so we visit there frequently.
However, the experience that I want to share forces me to find other better options.
One Sunday we had our friends with us and we were meeting after long time. They stay in different city so we thought to meet at breeze and have good time talking while having food.
We called up at breeze to book the table but they said there is no waiting and they don't book table but it's fine as there was no queue.
We reached there in around half an hour and we learnt that there was heavy queue so
we waited in the queue. After waiting for some time we insisted that we call Dave and we were told that there was no queue and and they did not even book table for us to which they agreed and they asked us to wait for some more time and sit at the bar. none of us wanted to have drinks so we decided to wait for some more time we were asked to occupy separate tables of 2 chairs so we requested them to connect those tables and bring them near each other as we were 6 people so that we can sit together however they denied saying that we don't do it that way with as that may disturb other customers and we were asked to wait for some more time after sometime we got a table and just in the next 2 minutes we were asked to move to another table as the table was occupied by others We moved to other table but there were no lights on the table and the chairs were also wet due to the drizzling of the rain because the staff wanted to give the table to other customers They brought us the same candles which the earlier denied to give and brought the same chair closer which again the earlier denied which was very strange to us the staff was not at all helpful so we requested to talk to the manager and the manager was again asking us to shift the table in like next 10 minutes whenever The Other table gets vacant and this was the height which we could have thought of tolerance because we went that to sit and have good time with friends and not to hopon from one table to another however the manager was not at all helpful to accommodate our request and was expecting us to move to the other table but we strictly tonight that we are now not going to go anywhere because we have already ordered the food as well this was the worst experience that I had at breeze the only good thing which I would say happened on that day was with denied to pay for the service charge because of the terrible experience we had and which the manager also observed and agreed so he was also apologetic about it
This time it was unexpectedly different when my friends decided for get together I suggested this restaurant based on past experience. It
