There is no question about the sound quality. For the price charged, it is good. However, I am disappointed with Boult customer service. The wireless earphone got spoilt after a month of usage. It stopped switching on. I sent it to the customer service and they never replied until I told them that they were negligent. I still haven't received my product replacement.
I am quite disappointed with Boult. I will not buy again.
Edit: No replacement product has been shipped at the time of writing this edit.
Edit 2: replacement product was defective too. Don't bother buying this E-waste. It had same issues. Might as well break it and throw it in the trash can.
performance
Audio quality is not good as compared to other brand in this price range , built quality is good . If you're looking for a better output neckband then don't buy this , and if you're choice is average output then it is good enough.
Overall I not recommended this product
