If you are planning for "Buffet Lunch" @ Imperio, AECS Layout, Brook Field, Bangalore, then please dont go. Following is my worst experience, but this place is good for Alakart Dinner.
They are offering Buffet Lunch @299/-. Price wise it is a good option, but there used to be a huge crowd.
Imperio is running both Alakart and Buffet at the same time at same place and there is no restriction on booking as a result, people more than the capacity entered this venue,
Restaurant crew not able to replenish the dishes in time and a long queue of 30 people always in line. There is no adequate space to accommodate 30 people in queue and the long line extended upto the toilet/wash room. Difficult for another person to go for hand wash. Hole system is messed up and like a free prasadam distribution(BHANDARA) at any temple.
Again, there is no path for the crew team to reach to the vessel during replenishment. You will listen EXCUSE Me from the crew member holding some hot food in a big tray who is asking you to allow him to cross the customer line. If he/she disbalance, all the hot food stuff will be splash on at least 5 people.
its a buffet lunch, but you are not allowed to take 2 pcs of chicken Kabab. Once you want to take something second time, you will find a long queue waiting for the food in front of empty pots. When the crowd is more, Chef will give half cooked food to crew member to replenish.
What kind of buffet is this? By this, IMPERIO is diluting the quality and brand name and earning bad names,. Buildup a brand name and establish takes a lot of time and dedication, but very easily can be destroyed. My sincere advise to Hotel Imperio Owner/ Management:-
1- Please increase the price from 299/- to 399/- and add a Mutton item, a fish item and few salad to the list.
- Please visit "The Terrace" at HazratGanj, Lucknow to learn/experience:- what is a systematic buffet in 399/- with variety of food option.
2- Please opt. advance booking/reserve table system, so that you will come to know the expected foot fall and you can prepare required food in time.
- Don't run both Buffet and Alakarta at same place and same time. Dedicated Buffet in Lunch and Alakarta/restaurant service in evening is a good option.
