I would like to share my experience regarding Bosch Washing machine which I purchased 2 years back after inquiring many brands model. As [er my experience Bosch washing machine is a excellent washing machine and it is providing wonderful support to our family. The name itself will tell us the quality. I have earlier used other brands washing machine and as per my experience Bosch washing machine is good when I take out the clothes after washing they are clean and less wrinkled comparing to my old ashing machine.Noise is too low comparing to other brands models.
The power consumption is very less in Bosch. This model is fully automatic and front loaded. I had purchased this product from Vasanth & Co Chennai. The functions are easily understandable.
Customer Support will take time. Example for my installation the engineer took 1 days time for installation.
At the time of installation service person explained all the functionalities very well.
Durability for this product is good because the brand it will speak about the same.
Style and Design is very attractive
Overall this product is a wonderful product. I can recommend this product to all since I have not faced any issue till now. I called customer care for clarify some issues initially due to clear my doubts initially. One time during washing power is gone and I don't know how to remove the cloths since power will come after 6 hours only.
He has explained me the solution through phone. Post that I never called customer care and the washing machine is working well.
