After a long time I am writing a review. This is one of my favourite beach.
Let’s describe it in detailed.
Dahanu Bordi Beach is 145 km away from Mumbai and located Thane district in Maharashtra. The beautiful and calm Dahanu Bordi Beach is spread with in the 17 km area along the sea coast. This calm watered beach is half an hour away from the Dahanu to Bordi. Here at Dahanu Bordi Beach the view of the sea shore is amazing.
Significance of the Dahanu Bordi Beach for Tourism and Religious Important==
Dahanu - Bordi Beach of Thane is also famous for its orchards and delicious fruit of these orchards is “Chikoo”. Udwada near Dahanu Bordi Beach is a sacred town of the Parsis. “Mecca of the Zoroastrians” is the famous name of the temple of Parsis which is situated at Udwada town. This historical temple is worshipped by the Zoroastrians that houses the sacred fire. The surprising fact about this temple is that this pious fire has been kept alive for almost a thousand years without ever stopping which itself is a miracle.

Dahanu Bordi Beach is quiet hot during summer but cool breeze which coming from the seashore is the perfect for the relaxation of the body. Mostly tourists visit this sea sight for getting the inner peace. This healthy and natural climate at the sea sight is just fantastic to getaway. People come here for rest, relaxation. They simply enjoy the beauty of the nature at this lovely and beautiful beach.
How to reach Dahanu Bordi Beach from Mumbai
Dahanu Road is the nearest rail head, which is just 2 and 1/2 hours from Mumbai. By road, Mumbai is 145 kms away. Regular ST buses are also available from Mumbai to Dahanu and Bordi 145km and from Dahanu to Bordi its 15 km.

At Dahanu Bordi Beach there is lot of private and government resorts, hotels and houses are available for accommodation with affordable prices.
