Inappropriate management of BMS booking PRAP00ZDQB

This is regarding below reference booking.


We made reservation date(01.06.2019) for Prathamesh Adventure Park date 2.06.2019.


Unfortunately, when we reached to the Adventure Park on 02.06.2019 time at 9 am. At the reception, receptionist informed us that there is no booking made from Book my show for us. We shared our booking reference number too. Receptionist denied booking and said they have faced a similar issue in the past with another visitor too. We called your customer care number to complain I'd 8783836. They said there is some technical glitch due to which reservation looks confirm but no transaction from there side to Prathamesh Adventure Park.


In terms of providing a solution by BMS. They suggested making payment at reception with there current price 1415 x 4 people = 5660 further BMS will refund within 4-5 working days.


Now please find below challenges/ complains against BMW. We would seek your response on below points as soon as possible. With high expectations of BMS brand name and trust of a customer on brand value& beliefs:


Complaints:


1. Why BMS did not inform us in advance for a technical glitch? When we called to BMS after reaching Prathamesh, then they verified the details. Don't you have any proper protocol to customer handling?


2. Why refund would need 4/5 working day? We also deal with the bank on daily basis. If it's urgent request, it takes only 1 working day. Unable to understand the reason for unnecessary delay.


3. Why there is no proper communication between park and BMS? If you can't handle multiple site booking arrangement. Please stop harassing customer and improve on better quality services.


Challenges we suffered:


1. We did not carry cash with us for this purpose so we had to travel back to nearby location for ATM after 45minutes of searching we withdraw cash and went back.


2. This all unplanned event consumed 1hr 30mins(calling customer service and searching bank ATM.) When we reached to breakfast counter it was almost over. So we were almost hungry for 3-4hrs.


3. Due to this we were not very much fit to participate in all the scheduled events


So overall it was not so good trip ONLY because of BMS.


Note: Prathamesh Adventure Park receptionist shared his past experiences as BMS has not paid many past due booking payment similar like us so he forced us to first make payment.


Request you to treat this mail on an urgent basis and provide refund & compensation due to harassment as well explanation to such unprofessional behavior.


We made payment of 1180 x 4= 4720. However, at Prathamesh Adventure Park we paid 5660. So we seek refund and compensation of what we paid to the park as it's all because of BMS inappropriate booking management.
