Unhappy with handling fees / Convenience fees. Review on Bookmyshow

I am a frequent user of Bookmyshow.com and their mobile application. It has very simple menus and they update it time to time. Here we can check availability of tickets and show time and you can have your favourite show ticket just within 1 minute no matter wherever you are and wherever you go. It's really very convenient app for booking tickets. But I have one strong objection about their website and application. Both the smartphone application and bookmyshow.com website charges a hefty amount of internet handling / convenience fees but then they shouldn't throw annoying advertisement constantly. Along with most of the time they give good offers for ICICI credit card holders. In my opinion they either should completely stop charging the internet handling / convenience fees or at least they can reduce this charges. It must be kept in mind that internet bulls are always been replaced by another and it's just a matter of time.
