The website has so many luring offers that will attract you like a flower attract honey bees. As a human tendency, we always looks for DISCOUNTS and OFFERS to buy something and I must say BookmyOffer.com is the worst website to ever visit. I visited the website twice or thrice and was very attracted towards the offers which were as low as 1/- Rupee like a Provogue Watch in 1 Rupee which is nowhere a bad deal. Hence by getting lured, my brother ordered two feature phone for some official work and it arrived late. However later we found out that both the phones were not working properly and hence we requested for a refund or return. As you have any particular website to register the complaint, you won't be able to have the needed resolution and after only several attempt, we were successful to return those phones which were with us for like 6 months. Same case was with Power Banks which are completely waste of money. I haven't still be able to take a refund or return from this website.
