I had placed an order for a book 14 August 2012 and was supposed to be delivered by 18 August . Today, even after 10 days, the order has still not being delivered. If it’s beyond bookadda's capabilities to deliver an order, they should at least have courtesy to update the status and intimate me for delay. I tried several times on their Customer care and also written 5- 6 emails to them but even there is absolutely no response from their side.
Seems like it is a fraud website .
