Very frustrated experience. Review on Bonito Designs

We are going to take legal action against Bonito.

There should be an option to give 0 star, I rate 0 to Bonito Team(Sarang - Sales Guy, George - CRM & Neha V - Designer). These guys are highly unprofessional.

We just started talking with Bonito. Bonito sales guy Sarang started working with us. From Day 1 we were clearly told our requirements to include 3 beds( 1 Hydraulics Guest bedroom, 1 Hydraulics Kid Bedroom & 1 Designer Bedroom Master Bedroom) and based on that we signed the agreement with a final amount of 9.5Lacs. But the quote which we received was without beds. This is something we were not expecting. Also after signing the agreement we were told that we will receive the hard copy of the final amount of 9.5Lacs but we did not receive any hard copy today. And the one which is shared as soft copy is amount of Rs 9, 89, 349. Throughout the discussion from Day 1, we were mentioning to have 3 beds in this end-to-end design.

Then we decided to cancel this project with Bonito. So, very professionally we asked for the refund and return our money as soon as possible.

After sending this email, all Bonito guys stop responding on WhatsApp group and on emails. Even they were not picking my calls. I called them more than 50 times in one day. Luckily they picked my call and I explained the whole story to their CRM guy George and asked for refund. He told that he can't authorise refund. For refund, he informed me to send a mail to "wecare@bonito.in".

I sent a mail with whole details to wecare@bonito.in. Kavya from Bonito called me and I explained her whole story again. She informed me that Bonito will review and update me in 2 days. 2nd day I did not receive any update from wecare@bonito.in. So, I started calling Kavya, George & Sarang but as usual nobody was picking calls. Even I sent mail but nobody responded. After calling 100 times, George picked my call and informed me that he will arrange call with sales head. Next day we had call with sales head and again I had to tell whole story. Then sales guy Abhinav informed me that internally he will discuss with management and update me. Final update we received today stating that refund will not be processed.

Worst part of Bonito is that, their designers are very less experienced, during webinar we were showing her patterns and she was imply like yeah yeah we can do this. During whole webinar they never explained any extra work like paintings & electrical works which will cost more. They simply hide these information. And after closing Webinar they started asking to sign the agreement paper and pay 10% of quoted amount(Rs 10Lacs approx.). That moment we were telling them to just take Rs 5000 now and later we will pay the whole 10%. But their sales guy Sarang keep pressurising us and made us to pay 10% amount which is Rs 1, 07, 000. Our only mistake was we trusted them and signed the agreement without reading them at the office and paid the amount.
