Hi today I would want to talk about BMTC services.I travel in bmtc everyday and same experience. I believe bmtc is not doing public service what they are suppose bro do rather they are doing business in a such a way that they are least bothered .talking about route service they are really doing bad . Routes like cv raman nagar and whitefield they have very less bus facilities.
From kormangala bro cv raman nagar we hardly get normal buses but they have Volvo business and that to very less in morning time even Volvo buses would be crowded and there would be no place to stand in side the bus.talking about the travel changes , it would 've very expensive compare to any other cities in india.one more thing I want to mention here is normal bus conductors will not give us 1 and 2 rupees change in return some time they don't give ticket as well . It's very bad .I want to mention here that I have a feedback to bmtc . They should increase the number of busses mainly in whitefield and cv raman nagar routes, inside the bus not maintained well and I really feel uncomfortable when I travel in Bmtc, most of the time we can't even stand. Everyday I travel in bmtc most of the time bus conductor did not giv me change and even if I ask them they will say get down first I will give you.even after I got down from the bus they don't give I really feel irritated to ask for one and 2 rupees in front of everyone. Conductors are taking this as advantage.
We seriously don't have an option . we have to travel in this buses anyway. Each and everyone of us has to realize and make these things correct.I seriously do not recommend this service to anyone but we have no option as such. This is my request please make your service better.
