Seller deleted my profile,Not happy,felt very bad. Review on Bluestone

I am writing my worst experience what I have faced from bluestone.com. For my previous order there was a bit serious issue with them and I had written a review here about it, from that day I have been very much irritated by BLUESTONE TECH TEAM people till they make me delete the review.

For that they have given me Gift vouture, even I have refused the same, They force me to accept the same getting that review deleted.Even I have noticed and written review that they are charging higher Diamond Rate and Making.

I had already purchased around or more than 20 products from bluestone with out understanding the real fact before with in around last 2.5years.Two days back I was planing for return few products to bluestone for cash since I am in need of some amount.

They also Have cash back policy I hope. Worst Thing happened, which should not be done to any customer is that They have "DELETED MY PROFILE FROM BLUESTONE ACCOUNT".Getting message when trying to login, "There is no account registered with e-mail address "sherbin_kassim@yahoo.co.in". Screen short attached.I could not login to see the details for my purchase and transaction. I had chat with 2 representatives in they website.

They didnt respond for my chat. I had mailed to ASHISH, ashish.kapoor@bluestone.com, He is the person who dealt my previous case and forced me to delete the review.Today(22-09-2014) I have recived call from him around 8:30pm, He was telling "Due to the previous un expected issue They have deleted my profile with them, as an offer If I need to buy any products he will place ofder for me as a favour.

I have said NO Thanks" other than "No Thanks" I could not say any thing more to him and call disconnected. Then I decided to post my experience here, "THIS IS AN EXPERIENCE WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO SPEND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM". They are not aware of the fact "CUSTOMER IS THE KING".

This is the situation which can happen to any customer who question them for all the fraud thing they do, I am only a sample victim for this, which may happen to any one, who believe them Till they realise THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMER, ie, our-self.

DELETING THE ENTIRE PROFILE WHICH INCLUDE PURCHASE HISTORY MEANS INSULTING MYSELF FOR WHAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM.I FELT IT VERY BAD AND IT IS A NON TOLERABLE SITUATION.Friends please say what can I do other than opening my mouth to u friends.I have no Idea will I be able to encash the gold and Diamond products purchased from bluestone in outside market for my need of money.It was a clear they they are insulting me.

Please be aware of this fact before sending money with them.REMEMBER THEY ARE CHARING HIGHER DIAMOND PRICE AROUND DOUBLE THE MARKET PRICE, HIGHER MAKING COST etc. Thanks for reading my experience and friends you can decide to do further transactions with BLUESTONE.COM or switch back to our traditional branded jeweler.
