Claustrophobic classrooms, bad ventilation, very dirty, and unkept school, old broken furniture.No playground to play, no swimming pool, no football or cricket ground. Teaching staff in primary SCHOOL below standard. Poonam Sharma . Primary head underqualified for the job.Teaching pedagogy compromised.
Teacher attrition and absenteeism high . School run on parent aid. Students work as peons.termed as volunteers. They do not have peons in primary school, all the work is done by student volunteers .When will they study?
Teacher exploitation and harassment very high.Every week due to shortage of teachers time table is changed.
Teachers made to work at home after school- notebook
checking, preparing charts for school boards.preparing lesson plans and writing report cards etc at home.
No work life Balance.
