I have purchased this almost a year ago but not an issue at all.
For cooling I will it 5star. But little bit sevice they had to improve.
Overall a better experience and hope it will work same as of know for more 5 years. They must try to make calls for customer to service their product and know about there purchase. Else everything is fine
