1.I bought a Blue star AC just 2 and half years back. And there was no cooling effect. I raised a complaint on Feb 5 that there is no cooling effect on AC.
2.On Feb 9 th a person from VCK enterprises Blue star dealer came and said the issue is that the connectivity wire is not proper and got 600 rs as wire cost and service charge of 500 rs. In Total we spent 1100 here. And the service person said here after AC will work properly.
3.But the ac was not working. After this again I raised a complaint. Another person came and said there is an issue in Gas and it should be filled. He got 2400 for filling gas and didn't even wait to check if it was working properly. In Total, we spent 2400 here. And the service person said here after AC will work properly.
4.I again raised a complaint and without my notice, they cancelled the ticket without our knowledge stating the customer asked to cancel. But I didn't do so. This happened multiple times. Check your call history.
5.Again I raised a complaint. Another person came and said some problem with sensor wire and changed it but even after that it doesn't work. They simply closed the ticket. And the service person said here after AC will work properly.
6.Again I raised a complaint other person came and said there is no issue in the wire. It works even with the older wire. But the gas was overfilled it should be released and refilled.
7.Again I raised a complaint. Another person came and checked with his brand new board and said there is a problem with the compressor and the board works fine.
8.So I sent a mail to blue star stating a compressor should last for 15 years. How come it is not working in just 2 and half years of time. Then they said they would change the compressor at their own cost. They dismantled the AC and took it to the office.
9.But after that they are saying this compressor will not work with that board and board is damaged. All the 6 service engineers who came said the board works fine but at last Blue star ASM is telling a different story there is an issue in board which will again cost 9500.
For last 3 months 7 service engineers came and all told different issue and all of them said the board works fine. And we have spent 3500 Rs and our time on this. Now again they are asking 9500 Rs. How much money can we spend for a single AC after buying it for 38000. When the service engineers come they should analyze the complete problem and say this would be the cost can you afford it or not. They have given a faulty compressor which is not functioning and that spoiled the board. And they ask charge for board.
Today they just delivered the AC in an unworking condition. But they took my money 3500 which they did not return back and the issue is also not solved. But as per their terms, they should never collect money from the customer unless the issue is resolved.
There is no proper communication and lack of Transparency. My kind advice to everyone who reads would be never buying a Blue star AC here after.
