I bought Elizabeth Arden's BLUE GRASS from a perfume web-site. I needed a new fragrance that I could wear to the office. I typed in ''office wear'' and BLUE GRASS popped up. The commentary said that BLUE GRASS is one of Elizabeth Ardens first fragrances. It's supposed to be a ''classic''. It stinks! The name has you because when you pick it up, you think ''hmm, what does blue grass smell like???'' This is a sickly sweet powdery scent. Reminiscent of the 1960's. You know, heavy, gaudy, cheap. The bottle is very plain, nothing fancy. I would not want to place it on my vanity at all. I sprayed it for my boyfriend and he gave no comment. That's his way of saying;''this doesn't smell too good ,but I don't want to cause an argument type of silence.'' {I trained him well, hee, hee} I even thought of ''re-gifting'', which is popular in the U.S. unless you get caught, and you usually do. I gave this fragrance a week to find it's niche in my beauty regime. Maybe it could be an office scent-No!how about a shopping scent-No! around the house scent-No! it gives you a headache. I would even appreciate someone who wears this scent to comment on it. As for me, Shayla, don't buy this at all. Maybe Elizabeth Arden will discontinue this fragrance soon. I can't even imagine what kind of person would like this fragrance. Maybe I'll ''Google'' to see what pops up!
