Everytime an online seller chooses bluedart for delivery of a product , I used to feel very sad and disappointed. The package used to get redirected around Bangalore for couple of days before reaching me. This is because of the wrong allocation of my area’s pincode to the wrong hub. After a little followup , I got a contact of CS Head Mr. Vijen, after which the whole experience changed to positive.
I’m contacting him when a high value package is shipped through Bluedart and he is ensuring it reaches me on time without delays of redirection . Amazing customer care mind of ppl like Mr. Vijen, will keep the system running for customers, despite the system errors that big companies ignore to correct.
Hope Bluedart corrects the database so that all my packages reach me without delays without follow-ups.
