This is in connection with my snapdeal order for Silver Aluminium Ladder, shipped from Pune. After the delivery date was over, the courier company posted in the track shipping page that they could not locate my address even after repeated(3) endeavour.
The very fact is that the same courier company has delivered another item ordered through snapdeal, just five days back. However ultimately I received the item after getting in contact with them.
